Our team supports residential and commercial developers from site preparation to completion, providing skilled labour, modern plant and the experience required to keep every project moving efficiently. We are currently working on a number of exciting projects, including:

BHA Construction (Carlow & Athy):
Providing full civils and groundworks support across multiple phases, including site preparation, earthworks, drainage installation and ongoing plant hire. Our team is working closely with BHA to maintain programme timelines and deliver consistent quality on busy residential developments.

Kingscroft Developments (Portarlington & Kilkenny):
Delivering the full groundworks and civils package across two active Kingscroft Developments sites. Our scope includes bulk excavation, foundations, drainage, utilities installation, concrete works, earthworks, service ducting and full site development from start to finish. We are providing modern plant, skilled operators and continuous civils support throughout each programme to ensure both projects progress efficiently and to a high standard.

CN Higgins Construction (Durrow):
Supplying plant, skilled operators and groundworks support for a residential development. Current works include excavating and preparing foundations for house walls, constructing retaining walls, pouring concrete, and managing soil movement and muck-away. We will continue providing civils support on this project, including drainage works scheduled for next year, and will remain on site through to completion.

Bretland Construction (Portlaoise):
Carrying out dayworks across a broad range of groundwork activities, including kerbing, concrete works, service installation assistance, muck shifting and general civils support. Providing flexible labour and modern plant to ensure ongoing progress as the project evolves and new tasks arise.

Carroll Estates (Malahide):
Delivering the full groundworks and civils package for this residential development. Our scope includes excavation, foundations, drainage, utilities installation, concrete works, site development and all associated civils required to bring the project from ground level through to construction readiness. Providing plant, skilled operators and ongoing site support throughout the programme.
Completed Projects
We have a wealth of experience and a track record of successful projects, including:

Goldenport Construction (Carriglea, Nutgrove & Swords):
Completed a wide range of groundworks and civils services across multiple sites. Works included piling assistance, full groundworks packages, earthworks, drainage, concrete works and ongoing dayworks support throughout the programme.

Rycroft Construction (Kilcock):
Delivered groundworks, civils support and plant hire across residential and commercial phases. Works included excavation, foundations, drainage installation, concrete works, site development, earthworks and general dayworks support as required.

Mullen Park (Maynooth):
Successfully delivered the groundworks and site development package for phases 2, 3 and 4, with a contract value of €1.8m.

Glenveagh Homes (Blackrock):
Completed the full groundworks package for 22 residential units, including drainage, utilities, foundations and site services.

Cairn Homes (Balgriffin):
Provided the complete groundworks package on Cairn Homes’ first residential development in Dublin, supporting the project from initial excavation through to site servicing.
